Regnier Ben Bagas is a Digital Systems and Support Analyst at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Previously, Regnier held the position of Information Systems Support Analyst at UniServices from April 2021 to January 2023, and served as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Lexel Systems Limited for a brief period in early 2021. With extensive experience in ICT service desk support roles at Spark New Zealand and SKYCITY Entertainment Group, along with earlier positions at Auckland Council, Teleperformance, Resorts World Sentosa, and Visa, Regnier has developed a strong foundation in technical support and systems analysis. Regnier's expertise is backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, earned from 1996 to 2001.
