Lisa Craigie serves as the Chief Legal and Commercial Officer and General Legal Counsel at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since September 2001, overseeing legal matters and engaging in business development across international markets. Prior to Douglas, Lisa worked at Chapman Tripp as a Senior Solicitor from 1996 to 2000, focusing on Information Technology, Intellectual Property, and Commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes a position as Legal Counsel and Director at Salomon Brothers from 1989 to 1995, advising the Business Technology Group, and starting their career at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts as a Law Clerk and Solicitor from 1987 to 1989. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Auckland, completed in 1987, and graduated from Rutherford High School in 1982.
