Lance Rusert is a Network Administrator at Hiawatha Broadband Communications, Inc., since June 2019, where responsibilities include mitigating cybersecurity vulnerabilities, assessing network threats, and advising on patch processes, along with managing backup and restoration strategies. Previously, from January 2015 to June 2019, Lance served as a Network Analyst at Rochester Public Schools ISD #535, supporting a WAN/LAN infrastructure for over 20,000 users and managing network hardware. Before that, in the role of Tier 2 Analyst, Lance utilized SCCM and JAMF MDM to deploy software and applications to more than 10,000 Windows and iOS devices, respectively. Lance holds an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Minnesota State College Southeast.
