Caroline Tice is a seasoned professional in the accounting and human resources fields, currently serving as a Partner at EQ Accountants since May 2024. With a career that began in September 1993 at Douglas Home & Co, Caroline held the position of HR Director while also qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. An alumnus of Edinburgh Napier University, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from 1993 and received Chartered Accountant credentials from ICAS between 1994 and 1997.
