Tara Kapoi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tara began their career in 2008 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a Manager. There, they developed and maintained customer relationships, marketed to top accounts, and resolved customer complaints. In 2014, they joined Vivial as an Inside Sales Representative, where they established new advertising accounts, managed a revenue book, and prospecting potential customers. Tara then moved on to Regus in 2015, where they became an Area Manager, operating and managing a flagship location with 200+ clientele and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Most recently, in 2019, Tara joined Douglas Emmett as a Commercial Property Manager, overseeing the operations of a 215k square foot property and developing tenant relationships.

Tara Kapoi's education history includes attending several institutions. In 2004-2005, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at LeTourneau University. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Kilgore College. Lastly, in 2007-2008, Tara attended the University of Texas at Tyler, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
