Randy Ellis is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in web development and programming. Currently serving as the Webmaster for Douglas County Kansas since November 2015, Randy previously held the position of Lead Senior Applications Programmer at the City of Olathe from October 2014 to October 2015. Prior to that, a long tenure at the City of Overland Park from January 1988 to October 2014 included the role of Senior Programmer Analyst. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas, which was obtained between 1983 and 1987.
