Jill deVries Jolicoeur is an experienced professional in county government, currently serving as Assistant County Administrator for Douglas County Kansas since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jill worked as Assistant to the County Administrator and as a Management and Budget Analyst for Johnson County from February 2013 to April 2016. Jill also held the position of Associate Director at the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City from 2008 to 2010. Jill earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from The University of Kansas between 2001 and 2005.
