Sous Chef at Doughbird

Logan West is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as a Manager at Culinary Dropout since September 2016, Logan also holds the position of Sous Chef at Little Cleo's Seafood Legend and Fox Restaurant Concepts, roles maintained since May 2015 and April 2012, respectively. Previous experience includes positions as Line Cook at Innovative Dining Group and Renegade Canteen, culminating in a Lead Line Cook role at Renegade Canteen from November 2010 to April 2012. Logan holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Scottsdale, completed between 2010 and 2012.
