Rob Clark, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Director of Public Works & Water Resources and Senior Project Manager at Doucet, A Kleinfelder Company since August 2023. Previously, Rob held the position of San Antonio Branch Manager at RJN Group, Inc. from August 2021 to April 2024. Rob's career includes significant roles at Vickrey & Associates, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from Associate to Marketing Manager, and a Project Manager position at Mitchell & Associates, Inc. Rob also contributed as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Society of American Military Engineers, and held project management roles at Jacobs, Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., and Freese and Nichols. Rob holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
