Diksha Sonal began their work experience in 2015 as a Consultant at Fractal Analytics. Diksha then moved on to work as a Solution Design Analyst in the Customer Success Team at Crux Intelligence from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, they joined Google as a Consumer Insights Specialist, where they worked on uncovering DEI identities and launching new customer segmentation cohorts. Diksha Sonal has a diverse education history. In 2024, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that, in 2022, they completed the ARC on Organizational Leadership and Innovation Game at Wharton Online. Diksha pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance and Marketing at the Indian School of Business from 2018 to 2019. For their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they pursued from 2011 to 2015. Diksha'shigh school education was completed at Delhi Public School-Bokaro Steel City. Additionally, in 2012, they earned a Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from Bangiya Sanskritik Sangha in India.
