Brian Stack is an experienced finance professional with a focus on mortgage-backed securities and capital markets. Since September 2015, Brian has served as a Portfolio Manager for Mortgage-Backed Securities and Trader for Non-Agency MBS and Whole Loans at DoubleLine Group LP. Prior to this role, Brian was the Managing Director of Research and Trading at Illumination Asset Management, LLC from September 2012 to September 2015. Brian's earlier experience includes positions as Managing Director and Treasurer at PennyMac, Managing Director at Arch Bay Capital, and various roles at Piper Jaffray, Countrywide Securities Corporation, and W.J. Mayer & Co. Brian holds a degree from Yale University, where studies took place from 1987 to 1991.
