Gary P. Cheng is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance. Currently, Cheng serves as the Managing Director at Fortman Cline Capital Markets Limited since February 2008, while also holding independent non-executive director roles at Merrymart Consumer Corp. and DoubleDragon Properties Corp., where Cheng is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Additional board positions include non-executive director at Peregrine Eye and Laser Institute, and previously held roles at Liwayway (Global) Company and Wealth Development Bank, leading significant committees. Cheng was President/CEO at Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation and led strategic consulting efforts at Financial & Strategic Restructuring Advisory, Inc. Furthermore, Cheng's corporate career includes valuable experience at JP Morgan as Vice President. Cheng holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Leeds and dual degrees in Philosophy and Business Management from De La Salle University.
