Javier Porras Gómez is an experienced IT Project Manager and Lead Developer at DOTSCREEN since February 2020, with a rich background in community management, educational instruction, and administrative roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Manager for PARTIDO POPULAR, where responsibilities encompassed online community development, content creation, and KPI analysis. Javier has also worked as a bilingual Computers and Maths Teacher, contributing to IT education and creating learning resources. Additional roles include CEO's advisor and Executive advisor in municipal management, focused on strategic planning and budget oversight, as well as City Councilor overseeing New Technologies and municipal projects. Academic achievements include a Master's in Languages and Computer Systems from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, alongside degrees in Information Systems Engineering and Technical Engineering in Computer Systems.
