Shuvangkar Dhar is a Senior Network Engineer at Dotlines since September 2019, previously holding the position of Network Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as Engineer in Core Network and Core Network Engineer at Carnival Internet, as well as Doze Internet, from September 2017 to September 2019. Shuvangkar served as Chair of the IEEE WUB Student Branch from January 2016 to January 2017, where responsibilities included staying current with IEEE activities and branch developments. Shuvangkar holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the World University of Bangladesh, both completed in 2016.
