Sibyl Spencer-Hilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for the Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm) since November 2018, Sibyl has also held positions at Harbinger Partners and ProKarma, where responsibilities included business analysis and scrum mastery. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Stillwater Insurance Group as a Business Analyst, and earlier roles as a Technical Writer for Modis and Communications Manager at Retalix. Sibyl holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on English and Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
