Dave Brennan has over three decades of experience in technology and management roles, currently serving as an Oracle Application Analyst at the Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm) since October 2019. Prior to this position, Dave Brennan worked at Douglas County Nebraska for over 30 years, where responsibilities included Oracle Applications Manager and Audit Manager. Dave Brennan holds a degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University, achieved between 1992 and 1994.
