Samantha Prass is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at DOT Digital Group since March 2011, where responsibilities include developing strategies and processes to enhance employee experiences and create a positive work environment. Previously, Samantha held the position of Estagiário at Unimed Grande Florianópolis from July 2010 to March 2011, focusing on the development and monitoring of social project reports. Additionally, Samantha worked as an Assistente de Administração de Pessoal at Top Service Serviços e Sistemas from September 2008 to July 2010, managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNICESUSC and completed an extension course in Knowledge Management at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2012.
