Heather Cacciatore, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in human resources at Dos Coyotes Border Cafe since July 2020, Cacciatore previously held positions including Business Office Manager and Crisis Counselor at Suicide Prevention of Yolo County, and Director of Human Resources at Blue Oak Energy, where strategic advice and oversight on staffing, compensation, and legal compliance were key responsibilities. Additional roles include HR Consulting, Regional Human Resources Manager at Indus International, Global Human Resources Manager at GE Healthcare, and Human Resources Manager at Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau, where Cacciatore led the establishment of the HR department in a rapidly growing non-profit. Cacciatore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.
