Gerhard Holtmeier, Dr.iur., currently serves as the Chairman of the Management Board and Managing Director at Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung GmbH (DEW21) since June 2023, and holds positions as a Board Member at Redtree GmbH and as a member of various committees at Uniper. Gerhard is also the Managing Director at UBG Uniper Beteiligungsholding GmbH and a member of the Advisory Board at Zukunft Gas. As a practicing lawyer since May 1998, Gerhard has held significant leadership roles in major companies, including Chairman of the Board at GASAG-Gruppe and Board Member at Thüga Aktiengesellschaft and Verbundnetz Gas AG. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA in the field of investment banking.
