Marcelo Hallack is the Founder and Managing Partner of Prisma Capital, a private partnership established in 2017 that focuses on investment opportunities in private equity and special situations in Brazil. Hallack serves on the board of several companies, including Matrix Energia, Origem Energia, and Bionexo, where contributions enhance digital procurement solutions for healthcare. Additionally, Hallack is the Chairman of the Board at Time For Fun, the leading live entertainment company in South America. Previous board positions include prominent roles at Proton Energy, Estapar, ENEVA, B&A Mineração, and UOL. Hallack holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Stanford University and completed secondary education at multiple institutions, including the Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro and The American School in Switzerland.
