Tali Canfield, MA, is a seasoned professional in career development and counseling with over 15 years of experience in higher education and recruiting. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since July 2015, Tali has held multiple positions within the firm, including Senior Staff Recruiter and Staff Recruiter. Prior experience includes a nine-year tenure at Bethel University as a Career Specialist, where Tali successfully managed career development initiatives for over 5,000 students and alumni, facilitated numerous training programs, and conducted extensive coaching on job search strategies. Tali also has leadership experience in ministry development and sales, underpinned by an educational background that includes an MBA from Bethel University and an MA in Counseling from Denver Seminary.
