Salvador Garcia Jr. has extensive experience in civil and marine engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Dorsch International Consultants GmbH since December 2013. Responsibilities include assisting the Resident Engineer in managing daily project operations and supervising contractor work to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Prior roles include Civil Inspector at Mott MacDonald and Bureau Veritas, where responsibilities involved conducting quality inspections and site surveillance on civil works for the Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project. Additionally, Salvador worked as a Civil Engineer for Daewoo E&C, overseeing onshore and offshore construction projects, including the Nakilat Ship Repair Yard Project. Salvador holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Urios College, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
