Yaakov Werdiger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business development within the aviation and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Business Development at Doroni Aerospace since May 2021, Yaakov previously founded Champ and co-founded Commerfy. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Engineering Process Controls at Tadiran Telecom, where Yaakov established control disciplines and fostered collaboration between management and employees. As an engineer for the Histadrut-General Federation of Labour in Israel, Yaakov developed mathematical models to set nationwide pay rates for government employees. Yaakov holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lev Academic Center and furthered education at Tel Aviv University.
