Durga Phanindra Dasam

Systems Integration Engineer at Dornier Seawings GmbH

Durga Phanindra Dasam has a varied work experience in engineering roles. They began their career as an Intern at Tata Motors in 2010, working on fuel systems in automobiles. They then interned at Defence Research and Development Organisation, studying the effect of controlled rolling on microstructure and microhardness of nimonic C-263 alloy. In 2011, they joined SVS Engineering as an Assistant Design Engineer, where they developed new products and worked on value engineering initiatives. In 2013, they joined Daimler AG, where they completed a Master's Thesis on topology optimization as a tool in the design process and also undertook a Master Internship, learning about the structure inside the Daimler truck. In 2015, they worked as a Design and Development Engineer at RLE International GmbH, focusing on casting parts and plastic components for Daimler and Mercedes AMG. They are currently employed at Dornier Seawings GmbH as a Systems Design Engineer.

Durga Phanindra Dasam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vignan Institute of Science and Technology, from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, Durga pursued further education at Fachhochschule Jena, where they received a Master's degree in Scitec from 2012 to 2014.
