Peng Liang Ng has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Peng Liang started their career as an Accounts Assistant intern at O'Connor's Singapore Pte Ltd in 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a Rollerblading Instructor at InlineX Singapore Pte Ltd and as a Ruby Partner (Executive Brand Partner) at Nu Skin Enterprises.

In 2015, Peng Liang joined the Singapore Army as a Commando Fighter, where they served until 2017. Peng Liang then transitioned into the financial sector and worked as a Senior Associate at BDO LLP Singapore, where they primarily handled the preparation of financial reports, GST filing, and tax filing. Peng Liang also had a brief stint as an Audit Secondee during this time.

Following their time at BDO LLP Singapore, Peng Liang joined FreakOut Pte. Ltd. as a Senior Finance Executive in 2019. Here, they focused on cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking for advertising campaigns. Peng Liang also played a key role in setting up and implementing accounting policies and transitioning the company from outsourced accounting to in-house accounting.

Later in 2019, Peng Liang took on the role of Service Leader - Financial Accountant II at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Here, they handled multiple balance sheet reconciliation accounts and collaborated with the AP/AR team. Peng Liang also gained experience with various accounting software systems, including Sage Accpac 500, SAP, XERO, and Sunsystem.

In 2020, Peng Liang returned to BDO LLP Singapore as a Senior I/II, where they continued their work in financial reporting and tax filing. Peng Liang then moved on to Dornier MedTech in 2021, joining as an Accountant (Future Lead). In this role, they have been spearheading projects to streamline work processes, handling full sets of accounts for multiple subsidiaries, and providing budget analysis and forecasting.
