Lena Westhof currently serves as a Project Engineer at Dornier Suntrace, focusing on the development of customized renewable energy solutions centered around solar technology since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lena was a Water and Sanitation Consultant at GFA Consulting Group GmbH from March 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included business development, proposal preparation for various international organizations, and managing donor-funded projects across several countries in Africa. Lena held multiple roles as a Project Coordinator and international expert in projects related to climate resilience and sanitation analysis. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Engineer at Hamburg University of Technology, specializing in wastewater treatment solutions. Lena holds a Diplom Ingenieur (equivalent to M.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering Technology from Hamburg University of Technology and completed an Erasmus semester in Energy Management and Systems Technology at Linköping University.
