Scott Grahl has extensive work experience in engineering and new product development. Scott is currently the Engineering Manager of NPD at Dorner Mfg. Corp, where they lead a team responsible for new product development and engineering support. Prior to this, they were the Engineering Manager at Wacker Neuson Production Americas, LLC, overseeing product development projects and managing the Concrete & Lighting Products Design Department. Scott also served as a Project Leader in the same company, handling engineering responsibilities and coordinating with other departments. Before that, Scott worked as a Project Engineer at Gehl Company and held various positions at Ford Motor Company, including Design Engineer, where they worked on electric vehicle drivetrain design and battery pack development.

Scott Grahl completed their education history with a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on Automotive and Fluid Power, along with an additional degree in Applied Science and Mathematics (ASM) from MSOE, which they attended from 1987 to 1992.
