Rameshwari D. currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Asia at Dormer Pramet, providing HR business partnership to the sales organization across Asia and supporting global Product Management and R&D functions since January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sandvik Coromant, focusing on HR functions for the sales unit and R&D in India, and a succession of HR roles at Sandvik where expertise in generalist and specialist functions was demonstrated, including support for divestment projects. Rameshwari D. also held a position as Senior Executive in Corporate HR at Tech Mahindra, leading global talent acquisition efforts, and began a career at SEED Infotech Ltd. with a focus on resource planning and client interactions. Rameshwari D. holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vikhe Patil Foundation, Pune University, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from The Oxford College of Science, Bangalore University.
