Jim Rayburn has extensive experience in the cutting tool industry, currently serving as Regional Manager for Dormer Pramet since May 2013, overseeing multiple states in the Eastern United States. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at Precision Dormer, starting as a Territory Manager and advancing to Application Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting Territory Managers and designing cutting tools. Jim's career began at Liberty Precision Industries as an Applications Engineer and Build Leader, followed by a foundational role as a Tool & Die apprentice at Eastman Kodak. Jim also served as a Meteorologist in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975 to 1979. Jim Rayburn holds a degree in Metalworking from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
