Renato Serafini

Renato Serafini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Renato began their career at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc in 1986, where they worked in product management until 1997. Renato then joined Siemens in 1998 as a product manager. In 1999, they joined Ferag AG as the head of marketing and sales, customer support. In 2001, they moved to Traco Electronic AG and served as an area sales manager until 2005. Currently, Renato holds the position of head of global business development and sales at dormakaba, a role they have held since 2005.

Renato Serafini has a diverse education history. In 2017, they completed the Blue Ocean Strategy Programme at INSEAD. Prior to that, in 2003, they obtained a Master of Sc. in Business Administration from Swansea University. In 2002, they earned a Master of Sc. in Marketing from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich. Their education also includes a Wirtschaftstechniker SVTS degree from WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien in 1997 and an Elektroniker Techniker TS degree from ABWU - Uster in 1993. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Pricing Strategy from Coursera Course Certificates.
