Mark Murphey, CPP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark started their career in 1998 with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office as an Investigation Officer. Mark then moved on to Texas Instruments, where they worked as an Investigations/Executive Protection officer from 2002 to 2004. Mark then joined the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children as an Administration/Director of Security from 2004 to 2007.
In 2007, Mark joined Raytheon as part of their Global Security Services division, where they worked until 2014. Mark then joined JLL as the Director of Security from 2014 to 2017. Mark then moved to CyrusOne, where they held the position of Corporate Security Director from 2017 to 2020.
In 2010, Mark began working with the NBA as a Security Representative, a position they held until 2019. Mark then moved on to the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) as the Director of Safety and Security from February 2021 to June 2021.
Currently, Mark is serving as the Director of Security at Dorilton Capital, a position they have held since June 2021.
Throughout their career, Mark has gained extensive experience in security and safety management, investigations, executive protection, and leadership roles.
Mark Murphey, CPP has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree from Baylor University. Furthermore, they have a Master of Science - MS degree in Management-Organizational Security from the University of Denver. In addition to their educational background, Mark Murphey has obtained a CPP certification from ASIS International.
