David Warner is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as the Practice Leader of the Employment Law Group at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP since January 2019, David previously held roles as a Shareholder and Partner, as well as Associate, at Littler from September 1995 to January 2019. David's career began with a judicial internship under the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 1993 to 1994. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
