Ariadne Fournier has over 20 years of experience in human resources, having worked in various roles and industries. Ariadne most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dorf Ketal, where they were responsible for HR leadership operations in North America. Prior to that, they held positions at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, GE Power, and GE Oil & Gas - Dresser AMC. Their roles in these companies ranged from HR Manager to Employee Resources Leader, and they were involved in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, development, and management. Before joining GE, they held roles at Source Interlink Companies, BD (BD Caribe, Ltd.), II-VI Incorporated, Aerosonic Corporation, and GSI Outsourcing Corporation. In these positions, they gained experience in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and organizational development. Ariadne Fournier's expertise lies in providing HR support and guidance to managers and supervisors, implementing corporate initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Ariadne Fournier completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Clark University from 1984 to 1991. In addition, they pursued studies in Marketing Management at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón from 1987 to 1989, although they did not obtain a degree in that field.
Ariadne furthered their education by obtaining certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt Training from Florida MEP and Transformation Technologies Inc. in December 2004 and in Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in December 2002. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional growth and development.
