Franco Sammarco is an experienced operations leader with over 20 years in senior management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Domestic Operations at Dorel Home since October 2020, Franco previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at AD Waters, overseeing logistics, production, and customer support. Franco’s extensive experience includes roles at Dorel Home Products, Farley Windows and Doors, and several others, where responsibilities ranged from managing quality and production to implementing continuous improvement strategies and overseeing multiple facilities. Franco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University and a DEC in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Dawson College.
