Charles D. has over 20 years of work experience in executive search consulting. Charles began their career in 1994 as an Executive Search Consultant at VWJ Ltd, where they worked until 1997. In 1997, they founded their own company, Dore Partnership, and served as the CEO.

Charles D. attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
