Jim Samocki has over 25 years of experience in sales and product development. In 2007, they became President of Doran Manufacturing, LLC, where they were responsible for creating the guiding vision and fostering an environment in which commitment, achievement and integrity were priorities. Jim also consulted with the Board of Directors to set the company's strategic direction and manage the development of short and long range business plans. Prior to this, Jim held various roles at Campbell Hausfeld, including Director of Product Development, Director of Sales, and Sales and Sales Management roles. As Director of Sales, they were responsible for leading a sales and account management team that effectively and profitably grew the company's business. Jim also utilized sales data, end-user research and market knowledge to create specific product mixes that optimized the revenue and return on investment for customers. Jim was also recognized for their success, receiving the "Vendor of the Year" award from Tractor Supply Company in 1998 and 1999.
Jim Samocki has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration in Marketing from Miami University, and a high school diploma from Dow High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Leadership Basics from the Talent Magnet Institute\u00ae in December 2021, Yellow Belt Lean Training & Simulation from Definity Partners, Powered by Clark Schaefer Hackett in February 2019, Understanding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Training Course from IQC, The ISO Standard Professionals in July 2018, and MSHA - Part 46 Mine Safety Training from the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
