Marc Cruz has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at DoorKing®, Inc. since December 2021. Previous roles include Front of Store Attendant at Target and Sales Specialist at Old Navy, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Marc began experience in retail as a Cashier at Chicken Maisón.
