Kiera L. is an experienced Email Marketing Manager currently at Back of House since June 2022, with a history of driving successful email marketing strategies. Kiera has been a member of Hue since February 2021, advocating for increased visibility of people of color in marketing. Previously, Kiera held the role of Email Marketing Manager at The Cru, a network supporting women's growth, and served as a Project Manager at the Ad Council for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing email marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Kiera's career also includes roles at TBC in media buying, public relations, and administrative support. Kiera holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and has furthered education at Temple University Rome.
