Kaitlyn S. is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter at DoorDash, responsible for leading hiring efforts for product management teams since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn served as the first Technical Recruiter for Lyft's flagship engineering office in Mexico City from December 2019 to August 2020, managing full life-cycle recruiting on a contract basis. Kaitlyn also held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from August 2017 to December 2019, leading a team of seven recruiters and recognized as the #1 Producer in the West Region in 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at The TJX Companies, Inc. and various customer service positions. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
