Brian Newman has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, serving as General Manager at several establishments. Currently, Brian holds the position of General Manager at Doolittles Woodfire Grill since September 2015. Prior to this role, Brian managed Porter Creek Hardwood Grill from November 2011 to September 2015 and oversaw operations at Jillian's-Sky Deck Sports Grille and Lanes for a brief period in 2011. Brian's career in management began at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where a tenure lasted from September 1995 to January 2011. Educationally, Brian Newman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Augsburg University between 1979 and 1984.
