Jean LeMeur has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They began their career at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they held various managerial positions. In the Flooring & Installed Sales Manager role, Jean increased sales and worked closely with different departments to meet store goals. As the Shipping and Receiving Manager, they oversaw operations, managed inventory, and ensured accurate pricing. In the Lawn & Garden Manager role, Jean effectively managed a large team and implemented operational changes that led to increased profitability.

Later, Jean joined Crossland Global as an Operations Manager, where they established and managed a professional Supercross race team. They also handled logistics coordination for race day events.

Since 2012, Jean has been associated with Don's Cold Storage & Transportation, LLC. They have held several roles, including Transportation Accountant, Sr. Transportation Accounting Manager, Sr. Accounting Manager, and currently serve as the Director of Transportation & Accounting Oversight Manager. They have successfully implemented various initiatives, such as building a third-party logistics operation, creating new divisions, managing accounting functions during the CFO's leave, and implementing cost-saving fuel card programs. They have also been responsible for regulatory compliance and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities.
