Frank Trechsel is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He is a creative litigator whose practice focuses on entertainment, art, and copyright litigation. His representative matters include the highly publicized copyright lawsuit over the song Blurred Lines on behalf of Marvin Gaye’s Estate, numerous cases for musician, management, and record label clients relating to recording and management contracts, Talent Agency Act litigation, and defamation cases.
Mr. Trechsel graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School and obtained his undergraduate degree with distinction from Indiana University.
