Megan Small's work experience begins in 2010 as an Admissions Counselor at the College for Creative Studies. megan later became the Assistant Director of Admissions, where they co-managed a team of counselors and conducted presentations to recruit students. In 2013, Megan joined Doner as a Creative Copywriter and received recognition for their work, including a spot that aired during the 2015 Academy Awards. After two years, they transitioned to Ron Foth Advertising as a Creative Copywriter, eventually becoming a Senior Creative Copywriter. In this role, they led the copy department, mentored interns, won new business, and achieved client satisfaction. Megan recently returned to Doner in 2022 as an Associate Creative Director, Copy, working with notable clients and contributing to new business efforts.

Megan Small has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
