Karen Cathel has a work experience that spans over two companies. Karen started their career at Doner in 1996 as a Senior Art Director and worked there until 2000. Karen then joined JWT as a Senior Art Director in 2000 and stayed there until 2005. In 2005, Karen returned to Doner as an EVP and Executive Creative Director, where they are currently working.

Karen Cathel attended the College for Creative Studies from 1987 to 1991. Karen obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Communications.
