Marty McCann is an experienced professional in outdoor education and coaching, currently serving as the Manager of Outdoor Education at Donegal ETB since June 2022. With a long-standing role as a Performance Facilitator at Performance Paddlesport since November 2009, McCann specializes in kayaksport coaching, training, and support. Previous positions include Manager of Outdoor Learning for the Children and Young Peoples Service at the Education Authority (Northern Ireland) and roles within Donegal ETB and Canoe Association Of Northern Ireland. Marty holds multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance Coaching from the University of Stirling and MSC Certificates in Educational Leadership and Supervising Practice from Letterkenny Institute of Technology and Ulster University, respectively.
