Laura Darby is a seasoned clerical professional currently serving as a Clerical Officer at Donegal ETB since November 2022. Previously, Laura held various managerial and supervisory roles in the hospitality sector, including Assistant Manager at Restaurant Shangri La and Duty Manager/Restaurant Manager at McGettigan Hotel Group. Laura's experience also includes a brief internship as a Software Developer at Pramerica.
