Felipe Ignacio Aldunate Pino has a diverse work experience in various industries. Felipe Ignacio started their career in 2013 as an Ingeniero de ventas Canal Tradicional at CMPC, where they were responsible for analyzing sales, controlling budgets, and maintaining client relationships. Felipe Ignacio then moved on to the role of Planificador de ventas y operaciones (S&OP), where they forecasted company-wide sales and managed the relationship between sales and operations.

In 2015, Felipe joined TechBrain SpA as an Encargado Comercial y de Desarrollo. Here, they led commercial efforts, sought new clients, and proposed digital solutions. Felipe Ignacio also worked with clients and suppliers to develop digital solutions using agile methodologies.

In 2017, Felipe became the Encargado Operacional/Comercial at Social Growing, where they led a team and was responsible for creating products, developing sales strategies, and establishing distribution plans. Felipe Ignacio also built relationships with paper manufacturing suppliers.

In 2018, Felipe co-founded Relaxeed, where they served as Co-Fundador y Encargado Comercial. In this role, they developed digital solutions for climate control in indoor crops and managed development teams and budgets. Felipe Ignacio also defined production and development plans, as well as go-to-market strategies.

In 2019, Felipe joined Agrosuper as the Corporate Venturing Leader, focusing on corporate venture client and capital models. Felipe Ignacio also connected the company with the national and international innovation ecosystem. Additionally, Felipe served as the Product Manager, leading the exploration and immersion of a new food category (Plant Based) and redirecting growth indicators for profitability and market share.

Currently, Felipe is working at Done Properly as the Chief of Partnerships, a role they started in 2023.

Felipe Ignacio Aldunate Pino completed a Diplomado in Venture Capital at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ingeniería Civil at the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María from 2007 to 2013.
