Javan Van Gronigen has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Javan started their career in 2001 as the founder of AST, where they worked until 2004. Javan then joined Digitaria as an Art Director from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Contract Designer at Jedidiah. The same year, they joined Invisible Children as an Art/Web Director and worked there until 2009. In 2009, they founded Fifty & Fifty and served as the Creative Director and Founder. In 2010, they founded Donately and worked as the Founder and Creative Director.

Javan Van Gronigen attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications.
