Spencer Wiggins, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Spencer most recently worked at Donaldson as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Execution M&A. In this role, they led various financial aspects of acquisitions and was responsible for integrating acquired entities into the finance function. Prior to this, Spencer served as a Finance Director at Donaldson, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) activities. Spencer collaborated with process owners to improve the control environment and ensured compliance with the financial control framework.

Before joining Donaldson, Spencer worked at eCapital Advisors as the Senior Director of Finance, overseeing analytics, finance operations, treasury, accounting, and HR. Spencer also held the role of Director of Finance at eCapital Advisors.

Spencer's work experience also includes roles at Ecolab, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager for the Food & Beverage Division and as a Senior Finance Manager for the Global Supply Chain. In these roles, they led financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and implemented projects that drove savings and improved visibility.

Earlier in their career, Spencer worked at Target, where they held various positions including Senior Manager in Healthcare, Buyer/Business Manager, Operations Process Consultant, and Process Analyst. Spencer played a key role in merchandising, finance, marketing, technology, legal, and process operations, and led teams to enhance operations and maximize profitability.

Spencer began their career at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate in Audit. Spencer provided auditing and reporting services to a range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations. Spencer has a strong background in finance, mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, and audit.

Spencer Wiggins, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive Status) from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2008.
