Lynn Shan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Since December 2017, Lynn has served as an HR Manager at Donaldson. Prior to this role, Lynn has been working as an HR Business Partner at Weir Trio since July 2015, providing HR support and localizing HR policies at the Liuhe Plant in Jiangsu. Lynn's earlier career includes serving as a Senior HR Officer at Wrigley Confectionery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd from June 2011 to June 2015, focusing on employee relations and management of onboarding and exit processes.
